What is included?

15-hour venue access from 8am-11pm
Access to Green House, Indoor/outdoor bar/ Front of Barn, Rose garden, Tranquility Garden, Pond, and Hobbit Hill
Is there parking on site?

Yes, there is plenty of parking space
Is there a deposit required to book my event?

There is a 25% booking deposit, and a signed booking agreement are required to reserve your preferred event date. Remaining Balance is Due 30 Days Prior to your Event Date. A $1,000 late cancelation fee will be applied to cancelations within 4 weeks of the event date.
Can I bring in my own Caterer or Food?

We have preferred vendor list who have worked with us in the past, but you are welcome to use vendor of your choice.
Can we serve Alcohol?

Yes, you may bring your own alcohol.
Do we need Event Insurance?

Yes, one day Special Event Liability Insurance is required. Liability Insurance must state “Z-Team LLC” under Additional Insured.
Can I bring my own decorations?

Yes, as long as there is no permanent damage to the venue/or adjacent structures.

No nails, screws, staples. Tape can be used but must be removed. No loose glitter/confetti/rice please. Candles must be flameless. Any tape used must be removed.
Do you require a Wedding Planner or Day-of Coordinator?

Yes, we require a wedding planner or event coordinator, this is because it is critically important to us that your special day turns out as smooth as possible.
